Working Principle

Feed powder enters the conditioner where steam and moisture are added for pre-conditioning. The conditioned material then moves into the pelleting chamber, where the rotating ring die and press rollers compress it through die holes, forming cylindrical pellets. An adjustable cutter then cuts the extruded pellets to the desired length.
