Working Principle

The feed powder is fed into the conditioner where steam and moisture are added for pre-conditioning. The conditioned material then enters the pelleting chamber, where the rotating ring die and pressing rollers compress the material through the die holes, forming cylindrical pellets. The pellets are then cut to the desired length by an adjustable cutter.
