Production Line Process Flow

  1. Raw Material Receiving & Grinding Process Raw materials go through cleaning, filtering and fine grinding to reach uniform particle size for subsequent processing.   2. Mixing Process Ground raw materials are blended by customized formulas for balanced nutrition. Equipment Sequence: Bucket Elevator → Storage Bin → Mixer The mixer evenly distributes nutrients, vitamins and minerals to meet precise livestock dietary standards.

  3. Pelletizing Process Mixed powder is compressed and thermally treated into solid durable feed pellets. Equipment Sequence: Bucket Elevator → Storage Bin → Pellet Mill → Cooler → Fan → Cyclone → Double Rollers Crumbler Pellet Mill: High pressure compression forms dense uniform pellets for better digestion and less feeding waste. Cooler: Quickly lowers pellet temperature and moisture to extend storage life and stabilize texture. Fan & Cyclone: Circulate cooling air and collect floating dust. Double Rollers Crumbler: Crush oversized pellets into small sizes matching livestock of different ages.

  4. Packaging Process Finished pellets are screened, stored and auto-packed for delivery and sales. Equipment Sequence: Bucket Elevator → Rotary Screener → Storage Bin → Packaging Machine Rotary Screener: Separate broken fines to retain premium finished pellets only. Storage Bin: Temporary buffer storage before packing. Packaging Machine: Auto weighing, filling and sealing bags of multiple specifications for transport and retail.
