The SY Series Tire Recycling Production Line is a complete waste tire processing system designed for shredding and recycling scrap tires, rubber pipes, and various rubber products. With a power range of 15 to 160 kW and capacity from 5 to 60 tons per hour, this tire shredding machine is the ideal solution for waste rubber recycling facilities, tire recycling plants, and environmental protection projects.
The production line includes hook debeader, separator, rubber crusher, and tire shredder – providing a complete solution from waste tire processing to rubber granule production. Working Principle
The complete tire recycling production line operates through a systematic multi-stage process. Waste tires first enter the hook debeader, which extracts the thick steel bead wire to prevent damage to downstream shredding equipment. The debeaded tires then pass through the primary shredder for rough size reduction. The shredded material moves to the magnetic separator and rubber-steel wire separator for complete metal removal. Finally, the fine crusher reduces rubber to the desired particle size, producing high-purity rubber granules or powder for various applications.
