Integrated Direct Drive System – The motor and grinding rotor are mounted on a common chassis, connected through a coupling for direct drive from the motor. This compact design ensures efficient power transmission, reduced energy loss, and simplified maintenance.

Bi-Directional Rotor Operation – The rotor has passed the dynamic balance experiment, enabling it to work smoothly on both forward and reverse sides. This bi-directional capability extends blade life and reduces downtime for blade changes. The feeding inlet is located on the top of the grinder, compatible with various forms of feeding mechanisms. The blades are arranged symmetrically for balanced cutting action and uniform grinding performance.

Efficient Crushing & Grinding Process – The material to be crushed is fed from the feed port through the feeding mechanism, guided by the feed guide plate, entering the crushing chamber from either the left or right side. Under the high-speed rotation of the hammers, the material is gradually ground by cutting and impact forces. The ground material is then discharged through a conveyor, ensuring consistent grinding quality while meeting environmental standards with minimal dust emission.
