Fully Automated Production Workflow

This solution integrates raw material cleaning, precise grinding, intelligent batching, high-efficiency mixing, high-temperature conditioning & pelleting, cooling & screening, and automatic packaging into a seamless fully automated production line. Designed with a modular approach, the complete closed-loop system from raw material receiving to finished product packaging ensures synchronized operation across all stages, delivering enhanced production efficiency and consistent product quality.

Raw Material Receiving & Cleaning Module – Incoming materials first pass through a pre-cleaner and permanent magnetic drum to effectively remove impurities such as straw, stones, and tramp metal, protecting downstream equipment. Powder and pelletized raw materials are fed through separate inlets to prevent cross-contamination.

Grinding Module – Equipped with high-efficiency hammer mills, variable-frequency feeders, and pulse dust collection systems, this module grinds corn, soybean meal, and other ingredients to the optimal particle size for pelleting. Grinding fineness directly affects mixing uniformity and pellet formation rate, making it a critical factor determining feed digestibility.

Batching & Mixing Module – A computer-controlled automatic batching system achieves macro-ingredient dynamic accuracy of ≤ ±0.1% and micro-ingredient accuracy of ≤ ±0.01%, ensuring consistent nutritional ratios in every batch. The twin-shaft paddle mixer rapidly achieves high uniformity and can incorporate liquid ingredients such as oils and fats to improve palatability and energy density.

Pelleting Module – The core of this solution features the SYLH Series ring-die pellet mill paired with a steam conditioner. Materials are subjected to high-temperature steam conditioning at 85°C+, enabling starch gelatinization and protein denaturation while effectively eliminating Salmonella and other pathogens. The high-precision gear transmission design significantly increases output by approximately 20% compared to belt-driven systems.

Cooling & Screening Module – Freshly extruded pellets emerge at high temperature and moisture content, requiring rapid cooling via a counterflow cooler to bring them to ambient temperature and safe moisture levels, ensuring pellet hardness and storage stability. The cooled pellets then pass through a grading screener to remove fines and substandard pellets, guaranteeing uniform finished product quality.
