I. Overall Composition & Function of Each Unit

This fully automatic feed production line consists of five core modules connected in series: raw material mixing, elevator conveying, pelleting, cooling and screening. The whole production process is fully enclosed and automated without manual material transfer.

1. Horizontal Mixer on the Left

Equipped with a blue access ladder, it evenly stirs raw materials including corn, soybean meal, wheat bran and premix to ensure consistent nutrition ratio. A bucket elevator is matched to convey mixed powder upwards.

2. Central Ring Die Pellet Mill (Main Host)

The core equipment of the whole line. It extrudes powdered feed into cylindrical pellets, suitable for feed of chickens, ducks, pigs, cattle, sheep and other livestock and poultry. Molds with different aperture sizes can be replaced to adjust pellet dimensions. The buffer bin above stabilizes feeding to avoid material interruption.

3. Counterflow Cooler on the Right

High-temperature pellets just extruded are air-cooled and dehydrated to lower moisture content, improving pellet hardness and reducing mildew risk. A grading sieve is fitted at the bottom to separate broken fines from finished pellets, and the fines can be recycled for re-pelleting.

4. Multiple Bucket Elevators

Vertical white conveying machines for vertical transportation of powder, hot pellets and finished pellets. The fully enclosed structure cuts dust pollution and material loss.
